Safety & Compliance

At Elevate Labour, safety is foundational - not just for our workers but for our clients and their sites. We understand that construction, civil and traffic projects come with unique and evolving risks, so we take a proactive, systematic approach to managing them.

Every worker we place undergoes strict screening, including verification of tickets, licences and high-risk qualifications. We also provide tailored safety and induction programs for each role, covering everything from construction hazards to traffic management protocols.

Safety is a shared responsibility. Elevate Labour works closely with host organisations to conduct pre-placement risk assessments and maintain ongoing consultation, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.

We continuously monitor worksites, gather feedback from clients and workers, and update our safety processes to respond to new risks. This approach allows us to quickly address issues before they escalate and maintain a safe, productive environment.

All workers are equipped with the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for their role, including steel-toe boots, hi-vis gear and hard hats.

We are committed to fostering a genuine culture of safety, regularly reviewing practices and adopting emerging standards to continually improve.

Elevate Labour also operates in full compliance with relevant labour hire licensing laws, such as the Victorian Labour Hire Licensing Act, ensuring our operations meet both provider and host safety obligations.
